Is this the same as purchasing lessons?
No. Fall Development is an ongoing development system combining coaching, individualized priorities and consistent training.
How many athletes are in each group?
Maximum four athletes per coach.
Does age determine my athlete's group?
Not necessarily. Age is a guideline. Ability, physical development, experience and assessment results determine placement.
What are A, AA, AAA, and Big Leagues?
Can my athlete train more than once per week?
Yes. Catching 6, Catching 8 and Two-Way memberships include additional sessions.
Do unused sessions roll-over?
No. So please make sure to make every possible session.
What happens if we have to miss?
Sessions canceled at least 12 hours in advance may be rescheduled during the same billing cycle if space is available.
Are makeups guarenteed?
No.
Is there a signed contract?
Memberships are billed monthly.
Can we change membership levels?
Contact Berg Backstops before the next billing cycle.
Why is there an assessment?
The assessment establishes the athlete's baseline and allows us to create appropriate priorities instead of guessing.
Does my athlete need to be an experience catcher?
No. A-level development is designed for younger or beginning catchers.
Can an advanced player move up?
Yes.
Can an older player be placed below Big Leagues?
Yes.
