The Youth Catcher Academy is designed for young catchers who want to build a strong and confident foundation behind the plate.
Athletes will train in a positive, competitive small-group environment where they learn how to receive with better glove control, block with toughness and body control, throw with cleaner footwork and transfers, communicate with pitchers and carry themselves with confidence.
Each session includes catcher-specific instruction, high-repetition drills, game-like competition and leadership moments designed to help athletes enjoy the position while becoming more complete players.

The High School Catcher Academy is an advanced eight-week development program built for serious catchers who want to improve their complete defensive game and train with higher standards.
Athletes will work in a detailed, competitive environment focused on receiving velocity, winning borderline pitches, blocking with better reads and recovery, creating quicker and more accurate throws, controlling the running game, communicating with pitchers and developing the field presence required to lead a defense.
This program is for catchers who want more than extra reps. It is for athletes who want structure, accountability, competition and a real plan for development.

Berg Backstops Summer Catcher Academy
Small Group Training. Big-Time Development.
The Berg Backstops Summer Catcher Academy is an eight-week small-group development program built for catchers who want consistent training, detailed coaching and a clear plan for improvement behind the plate.
This is not random lesson work. Athletes will train through a structured progression focused on receiving, blocking, throwing, mobility, pitcher communication, leadership, game IQ and competition.
Every training group is intentionally kept small so athletes receive more repetitions, more individualized feedback and more opportunities to compete and grow as leaders.
The Summer Catcher Academy is a full eight-week commitment designed for athletes who want to improve consistently and become more complete catchers.
